These terms cover your use of SnapDash, run by Core Media Operations (“Core Media”, “we”). By signing in or using SnapDash you agree to them, for yourself and for the organization that invited you. If your organization has a separate written agreement with Core Media, that agreement wins where the two differ.
Early access
SnapDash is in early access (pre-alpha). It is still being built: features will change, some may be removed, and things will sometimes break. Keep your own copies of anything you can’t afford to lose; your Dropbox remains the home of your files.
Accounts
- SnapDash is by invitation. An organization’s admins decide who joins and what each person can do.
- Sign-in links are for you alone. Don’t forward them or share your account.
- You’re responsible for what happens under your account, and your organization for what its people do. Tell us right away at support@snapdash.app if you think someone else got in.
Your content
Your photos, videos, job details and other information stay yours, or your clients’. You give us permission to store, copy and send them only as needed to run SnapDash for you: uploading to your Dropbox, syncing with your scheduling system, and sending the messages your organization sets up. You confirm you have the right to upload and share what you put into SnapDash.
Core Media’s access
Core Media staff can see SnapDash as people in organizations Core Media manages, to support and operate it. Every such view is logged, and anything changed is recorded under the staff member’s own name. See the privacy note for more.
Services you connect
When you connect Dropbox, a scheduling system such as Aryeo, or Slack, you let SnapDash act in that account as the connection allows, and that service’s own terms apply to your use of it. We aren’t responsible for those services or their outages. You can disconnect them at any time.
Fair use
Don’t:
- reach, or try to reach, organizations, jobs or files you haven’t been given access to;
- upload anything unlawful, or anything you don’t have the rights to;
- disrupt SnapDash, get around its limits or security, or overload it on purpose;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer SnapDash.
Fees
During early access, fees (if any) are agreed with Core Media separately. We’ll give organization admins notice before any change in pricing applies to them.
Suspending or ending access
Your organization can stop using SnapDash at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms or puts SnapDash or other customers at risk, and we may end early access with reasonable notice. When access ends, we delete your organization’s information as the privacy note describes; your files stay in your Dropbox.
No warranty
SnapDash is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose, or that uploads, syncs, due times or messages will always be complete or on time. Check important deliveries yourself.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Core Media isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost business or lost data, and our total liability for any claim about SnapDash is limited to the greater of what your organization paid us for SnapDash in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we’ll update the date above and let organization admins know before it takes effect. Using SnapDash after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you and Core Media agree to their jurisdiction.
