SnapDash is run by Core Media Operations (“Core Media”, “we”). This note explains what SnapDash keeps about you and your agency, why, and who else sees it. SnapDash is a work tool for real estate photography agencies; we don’t sell your information, show ads or track you across other sites.
What SnapDash keeps
- About you: your name, email address, phone number (if you add one), the organizations you belong to and your role in each.
- About your jobs: what your scheduling system (such as Aryeo) sends us for each order: the property address, shoot times, ordered services, the photographers on it, and the order and access notes meant for your team. Plus what happens in SnapDash: uploads, statuses, due times, notes and the activity history of each job.
- About people you work with: the names and email addresses of people you invite, outside editors you send work to, and people you ask to connect a Dropbox.
- Your connections: the access tokens that let SnapDash work with your Dropbox, scheduling system and Slack, stored encrypted; the account or workspace name; and, for Slack, channel names and the Slack accounts that match your team’s email addresses.
- Technical: a sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in, and error reports (the page, your browser and IP address, what went wrong) so we can fix problems.
Your photos and videos
Files you upload go to your own Dropbox, not to us. Some uploads pass through our servers on the way, but they aren’t kept there. SnapDash records file names, sizes and folders so it can show each job’s progress.
How we use it
- To run SnapDash: sign you in, show and sync your jobs, upload files, and send the emails and Slack messages your organization has set up.
- To support your agency and keep jobs moving. Core Media staff can see SnapDash as a person in an organization they manage, to help or check something; every such view is logged, and any change made is recorded under the staff member’s own name.
- To keep SnapDash secure and working, and to fix errors.
Who else sees it
- People in your organization, according to the roles your admins give them. Unless given more, photographers see only the jobs they’re on, and editors and QC see their own queues.
- Core Media staff, for the organizations Core Media manages.
- Services that run SnapDash for us: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email) and Sentry (error reports). They handle data only to provide their service to us.
- Services you connect: Dropbox, Aryeo and Slack receive what SnapDash sends them on your behalf (files, folder links, messages), under their own privacy policies. Messages go to everyone in the channel or inbox your organization picks.
- Anyone else only if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Account and job information stays while your organization uses SnapDash. Notification history is cleared after 90 days. When an organization leaves, or you ask us to delete your information, we delete it within 30 days, except what we must keep by law; backups roll off soon after. Disconnecting Dropbox, Aryeo or Slack deletes its access token right away.
Your choices
- Update your name and phone on My Profile.
- Ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it.
- Your organization’s admins can remove people and disconnect services at any time.
Security
Connections to SnapDash are encrypted. Access tokens are kept encrypted and never sent to your browser, and every request is checked against your role on our server. No system is perfectly secure; if something happens that affects your information, we’ll tell you promptly.
Children
SnapDash is for businesses and isn’t meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this note in a way that matters, we’ll update the date above and let organization admins know before it takes effect.
